Our In-office Payment Options

At our dental offices in West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, we make paying for care as simple as possible. To give our patients flexibility while allowing treatment to move forward without delay, we accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit cards – All major credit cards are accepted (a 3% fee applies to credit cards).
• Cash, checks, and debit cards – Accepted with no additional fee.
• Working with your insurance – We will work with any PPO insurance plans on your behalf to maximize any benefits available under your plan. As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance provider; however, our office policy is that payment must be received in full at the time of service. If your plan provides reimbursement, those funds will be sent directly to you from your insurance provider.  

Our office requires a deposit at the time your treatment is scheduled, with the balance due on the day of the procedure. Many of our patients choose to use our financing partners to spread payments out over time. Our team will review all financial details with you in advance.

Patients can apply quickly online and receive instant approval with transparent monthly payment options. This option allows you to move forward with recommended care while managing payments in a way that fits your budget.

When you apply, Cherry performs a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. In most cases, approval and plan finalization do not require a hard credit inquiry. Once your payment plan is finalized, Cherry typically begins reporting the plan to the credit bureaus after 30 days.
