I’ve been a perio patient for over 30 years and recently moved to Boca. I started going to Dr. Gornstein about a year ago, and the experience has been consistently excellent.
Cindy, the office manager, keeps everything running smoothly and makes scheduling and communication simple and efficient.
Amanda, the perio hygienist, does a great job—her cleanings are thorough, gentle, and very professional.
Dr. Russell Gornstein is highly experienced and takes the time to walk me through everything, explaining each step clearly. That level of communication makes the entire process much more comfortable and reassuring. He has a calm manner and is clearly very skilled and experienced.
The office environment is calm and thoughtfully set up, with relaxing videos playing while you’re in the chair. The entire operation is meticulously clean and very well run. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, and they offer nitrous oxide, which I prefer.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Gornstein and his staff. This is a very well-run, professional, and patient-focused periodontal practice.

Xio Dr. Wongs assistant is just the sweetest person you would ever meet. Dr. Wong broke everything down to me so I could understand what I needed and why. I thank the staff enough to care and especially listen to my Mothers questions and in calming her nerves. I felt as if I dropped her off at adult daycare.
