I drive over one hour from South Beach to work with Dr. Wong and his team. Tuesday had one tooth extracted and another they are trying to save with a bone graft. This is day two and I feel great - no pain. Everyone in the office makes you feel special and relaxed, making the entire experience enjoyable and professional. I’ve been a perio patient for over 30 years and recently moved to Boca. I started going to Dr. Gornstein about a year ago, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Cindy, the office manager, keeps everything running smoothly and makes scheduling and communication simple and efficient. Amanda, the perio hygienist, does a great job—her cleanings are thorough, gentle, and very professional. Dr. Russell Gornstein is highly experienced and takes the time to walk me through everything, explaining each step clearly. That level of communication makes the entire process much more comfortable and reassuring. He has a calm manner and is clearly very skilled and experienced. The office environment is calm and thoughtfully set up, with relaxing videos playing while you’re in the chair. The entire operation is meticulously clean and very well run. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, and they offer nitrous oxide, which I prefer. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Gornstein and his staff. This is a very well-run, professional, and patient-focused periodontal practice.

Had an awesome visit at Palm Beach Periodontics. The whole experience was smooth from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, Amanda the hygienist did a great job and made the cleaning really comfortable, and Dr. Wong and Dr. Leyva were both professional and thorough. You can tell they really care about their patients. Definitely a great place if you need periodontal care. Highly recommend.

Dr. Leyva and the team at this office are OUTSTANDING. Every detail of patient care that includes treatment, skill, empathy, sensitivity as well as scheduling and insurance details are seen to with the highest level of professionalism and ability. I would never think going to the periodontics would have been so fun. I walked in and was the office and was greeted by Cindy and Shazakia with the biggest smiles. These two ladies made me feel like family. They joked with me and make me laugh. From that moment I knew I was going to be in good hands. Xio Dr. Wongs assistant is just the sweetest person you would ever meet. Dr. Wong broke everything down to me so I could understand what I needed and why. If you want to be treated like family and with care this is the place to go. 💜💜💜

The most professional , friendly and accommodating staff in every area. My elderly Mother, 88, surgery turned out to be major surgery, we weren’t prepared for that. I can tell she was scared. The staff’s detailed instruction for when to take medications prescribed by the Doctor, pre op and post op, made a difference with her pain level because she didn’t have any pain. Brilliant work. I thank the staff enough to care and especially listen to my Mothers questions and in calming her nerves. I felt as if I dropped her off at adult daycare. LOL !Thank you ladies, superb service(the espresso).A very clean and calm relaxed feel when you walk into the office. Cindy, Wendy and Dr. Leva are amazing. I had a dental emergency and even though I am not their patient, as a professional courtesy to my dentist, they took care of me almost immediately. I was greeted with a pleasant Office environment, friendly and competent staff and a very gracious and caring team. I highly recommend them. Dental issues can create anxiety,, but this practice will make you feel calm and confident that you’ve made the right choice.
